
Master Cheesemaker, and Carr Valley Cheese owner, Sid Cook with his team of cheesemakers and support staff claimed three more World Champion Cheese Awards! This time it was at the 2026 World Championship Cheese Contest held in Madison, Wisconsin!
Out of 3,375 entries from cheesemakers around the world, the award-winning Carr Valley cheesemakers had a Best of Class Award with their Sante cheese.
This semi-firm cheese is made with fresh Sheep milk and slightly aged for a rich and nutty flavor like no other.

The awards didn’t end there. The Carr Valley Cheese cheesemakers added two Third Place award winners with their Caso Bolo Mellage and Garlic Bread Cheese.
